We all know that the skills of employees in a company are crucial — but what differentiates a company is its corporate culture. I even go one step further: In my opinion, it is the driving force behind the success — or failure — of the entire company.

Unfortunately, many founders initially neglect the importance of corporate culture and focus instead on rapid growth and revenue. A strong culture is of crucial importance, especially for young companies. It serves as a connecting element and a solid foundation for long-term success.
