Founded in Cologne in 2013, talentsconnect is today an international team of over 100 employees from 18 countries. With English as our corporate language and an open, active team culture, we are shaping the future of recruiting together.

Our data-based core product, the JobShop, enables companies to address candidates directly – simply, in a personalized way and in line with the expectations of modern consumer habits. In this way, we help companies to tailor their recruiting processes to the needs of talent in a scalable and seamless way.

With the acquisition of PitchYou, the pioneer in WhatsApp-based recruiting, in December 2024, we expanded our offering. Companies can now address applicants personally via messenger services, overcome language barriers and significantly speed up application processes.
