As is well known, broadening your own horizons is always a good idea. Many companies have recognized this and are investing in regular continuing education of their own employees for two reasons in particular
- Increasing company success
- Employee satisfaction
However, with an average of two to three days of continuing education per employee per year, employees still have plenty of time to acquire new knowledge on their own in addition to the official continuing education program. Within a company, the People & Culture team often oversees and organizes the continuing education budget for the various departments and ensures that everyone receives the offers they are entitled to. They give colleagues good and inspiring tips, advice and support — and may often forget their own needs in the process.
In recruiting, as in any other specialist area, it is just as important to constantly get new impetus, to be inspired within the official continuing education budget and to learn new things. After all, new trends are constantly being added, especially in digital recruiting, which you shouldn't miss — if you want to be at the forefront of the race for the best talent (keyword: shortage of skilled workers). Today we have a few (free) addresses to learn new tips and tricks for your recruiting. Let's go!

We find these groups exciting:
5050 by OMR
As recruiting experts, we can actively contribute to closing the gender pay gap and working to ensure that there are finally as many women* as men named Thomas on management levels. The online marketing rock stars “5050 by OMR” are dedicated to the topic of gender equality. In doing so, they do not want to teach anyone, but rather to create an open and positive space for discourse.
