Welcher Job passt zu mir? UnterstĂĽtzung durch Matching.

Vom Online Shopping kennt man das: Die einen kennen ihren Kleidungsstil ganz genau und wissen, was ihnen gut steht. Die anderen wissen's nicht so genau. Manchmal gibt es Online Shopping Assistenzsysteme, wo du ein paar Fragen zu dir und deinen Präferenzen beantwortest und ein Outfit zusammengestellt bekommst, das zu dir passt.

So ähnlich ist es beim Bewerben. Manche wissen ganz genau, welchen Job sie suchen und möchten mit wenigen Klicks die Bewerbung abschicken. Andere wissen zwar was sie können und was sie interessiert, aber nicht welche Jobs es da draußen eigentlich gibt, die zu diesen Präferenzen passen.

Genau für diese Gruppe haben wir in unseren JobShops ebenfalls eine JobShopping Assistenz eingebaut. Wir nennen diese Orientierungshilfe durch einen Fragebogen "Matching Journey".
