Truly effective performance review process
360T highly values its open feedback culture. Therefore we offer regular personal performance reviews with the manager and/or team lead as well as an HR representative on a yearly basis. Performance appraisals make sure that you and your manager are on the same page as well as open the door for training and development opportunities.
